At MÖNCH Watches, we stand by the precision and craftsmanship of our timepieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn watch in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the watch, original box, and all warranty cards into a shipping carton, ensuring the timepiece is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists inspect the watch to confirm its original condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
